The Gifts of Christmas
Ephesians 6
In a world that is constantly shifting and shaking, the Apostle Paul calls all believers to stand firm, not in their own strength, but in the power of God.
Based on Ephesians 6, our new series will explore what it means to take a stand in Faith, Truth, Righteousness, and Readiness. As we study the Armor of God, we’ll see that we are equipped not merely to survive spiritual battles, but to remain strong and unshaken in the midst of them.
When the enemy comes, we don’t retreat. By standing and fighting in the strength of the Lord, we can experience true Victory in Jesus!
It is our prayer that through the STAND series, each of us will grow in confidence, be empowered in faith, and deepen our devotion and relationship with God.

On Easter Sunday, we celebrate the truth that the tomb is empty and hope is alive. Jesus is not a distant memory or an inspiring teacher—He is the risen Saviour who conquered death and offers new life to all who believe. The resurrection is more than a moment in history. It is the foundation of our hope for today, tomorrow, and eternity. Peter reminds us that throughChrist’s resurrection, God has given us a new birth into a Living Hope. One that can never fade, spoil, or die. This message proclaims the truth that because Jesus lives, we can face every fear, every and every challenge, and we can face the future with confidence and joy. His resurrection changes everything for everyone who receives Him!

When life falls apart, it is easy to believe hope is gone. In the story of Jesus raising the widow’s son at Nain, we see a Saviour who steps directly into places marked by grief, loss, and despair. This widow had lost her husband and now her only son, her future, stability, and her identity were collapsing. Yet Jesus meets her in her pain and brings life where she least expects it. This message reminds us that resurrection hope began long before Easter morning, and it continues now, right in the middle of our brokenness. The same Jesus who raised the dead two thousand years ago, is the same Jesus who still restores what is shattered in us today. His compassion is not distant; it is present and active, and it brings renewal to the places we thought were beyond repair.

Sometimes we pray and wait, and nothing seems to change. Like Mary and Martha grieving Lazarus, we wonder if God has shown up too late. But Jesus reveals a truth that reshapes our entire understanding of waiting. He reminds us that His timing is perfect, and His power is real. Even when the situation seems dead and sealed like a tomb, Jesus calls dead things back to life again. In this week’s message, we are reminded that resurrection isn’t just a one-day celebration. It is the foundation of our everyday faith. When we feel tired, discouraged, or convinced that our story is over… God is often just beginning to write a Resurrection Story that will strengthen our trust and renew our hope and restore our joy.

As Jesus hung on the cross, He extended life-changing grace to a criminal who had nothing to offer in return and no time to make things right. The thief on the cross encountered mercy and love in a moment when all seemed lost—and in that encounter, everything changed. This week focuses on the staggering truth that God’s grace is greater than our guilt. No past mistake, sinful pattern, or broken moment can outrun the love Jesus offers. His mercy reaches us at our lowest and lifts us into the hope of new life. This message invites us to remember that if there is breath in our lungs, there is still hope for our souls, because Jesus meets us right where we are with forgiveness and freedom.
